Semi automatic PET blowing machine: Buen semi auto pet stretch blowing machine has the capacity from 2L to 25L. The hourly output can reach to 350 bph to 1000bph. The bigger the bottle volume, the smaller the productivity. Semi auto machine has no auto loader and conveyor belt. It might needs some manual work for placing the preforms on machine. But the biggest advantage of such type machine is it's high economy.

Hand type Jar Blowing Machine: this type of machine is mainly for producing jars (the bottles with wide neck). And such containers are mostly used for candy box, food container and cosmetic bottles... The particularity of jars make the production on fully auto machine more difficult. As well the machine producing cost is relatively higher. But it's still possible to make on fully auto machine if customer has higher output. So we released the hand type stretch blowing machine. One need to put the preforms on machine by hands.

Our services:
1. Buen Mould will send the processing report each 10 days during the tooling (tooling photos and words descriptions).
2. Buen Mold can provide full set product and mould drawings and all relative papers (igs, stp, x_t).
3. Buen Mould will send customers the testing samples and running videos for customer to check the product running status. The samples can be sent by DHL or any specified courier.
4. Buen mould can provide the mould and machine test report.
5. Before goods shipment, each mould and machine will be tested at least one hour to check the stability.
Payment Terms:
50% prepayment before production after the design confirmation; the balance shall be paid off before ship the goods to china port.

1. Your company is manufacturer or trader?
Buen: we are manufacturer with many years rich experiences and we have our own tooling equipments.
2.How long does it take to make a 25L bottle making machine?
Buen: 45 days till T1 test.
3. What's your payment terms?
Buen: 50% prepayment; the balance shall be released before shipment after document releasing. FOB Ningbo/Shanghai or CIF destination port.
4. How about your after-sales service?
Buen: we can appoint the technicians go overseas to help customer in equipment installation, operation and technical training. But the buyer shall bear the cost for translator, return air tickets, accommodation, transportation and salary of the technicians.
