1. Buen Mould will send to buyer the mould processing report each 10 days (with mould pictures during mould tooling and processing).
2. Baoda Mould will provide you detailed product & mould 3D design (igs, stp, x_t any).
3. Buen Mould will send two shots free samples for buyer checking and work for improvements requirement by any courier at seller's expenses.
4. Buen mould will send buyer the mould testing report.
5. Before shipment, each mould will have one hour testing for supplier to check the mould running status till moulds can work stably.

FAQ:
1. Are you manufacturer or trading company?
Buen: we are professional mould manufacturer with precised tooling equipments and experienced tool makers. 
2. How much time you need for tooling?
Buen: 90 days till T1 test.
3. What's your payment terms? What payment method you accept?
Buen: 50% prepayment; the balance shall be paid before shipment. FOB Ningbo/Shanghai port or CIF destination. T/T and L/C are all acceptable.
4. How about after-sale service?
Buen: we support appoint technicians to overseas to help customer adjust the production if neccessary. But the buyer shall bear the cost of return air tickets, food, accommodation, transportation, salary. All the non-human caused damages will be resposible by Buen. Buen Mould will provide you both alternative spare parts for replacement, as well as technical support.
