Are you manufacturer or trading company?
Buen: we are manufacturer locating in Taizhou of china.
What's your minimum ordering quantity?
Buen: It depends. Some client requests for very few pieces. It can be negotiable.
Can we get free sample for checking?
Buen: Due to its particularity of gym bottle, usually we can only send 1 pcs samples for customer to check the quality. Each sample we charge a bit design fee of 10USD. And we will send you sample by express like TNT, UPS, DHL, FEDEX ETC. But the client shall bear the express cost.
Whats the time for batch production?
Buen: generally speaking the production time for MOQ is 7 days. We have 10 injection machines and 2 big blowing machines for production. We will try our best to finish your order at fastest way.
How many colors do you have?
Buen: we can accept any color customer request. But you shall provide us with color code.
Can we use our own logo?
Buen: Yes, but customized logo has a MOQ. Pls see above details of items.
How does the package look like?
Buen: each of our product has a color box. We will check with you to see if need change as per your wish before production;
What's your payment terms?
Buen: for small order, the payment must be clear off before loading; for general order, 50% prepayment and 50% before loading.
What's the raw material of product?
Buen: PP and PC.
